Landscaper/Lawn Care Technician
As a Landscaper/Lawn Care Technician, you will be an integral part of our team responsible for enhancing and maintaining our clients' outdoor spaces. This role encompasses a wide range of tasks, including landscape design and installation, lawn maintenance, and the care and maintenance of plants, trees, and shrubs. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our clients' outdoor areas are attractive, healthy, and well-groomed.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular lawn mowing and trimming to maintain a neat and manicured appearance.
- Operate and maintain various landscaping equipment and tools.
-Collaborate with the team to plan and execute landscape design and installation projects.
- Prepare and grade terrain, plant trees, shrubs, and flowers.
- Prune and trim trees and shrubs to maintain their shape and promote growth.
- Identify and manage common plant diseases, pests, and other landscape issues.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in landscaping and lawn care is preferred.
- Proficiency in the operation and maintenance of landscaping equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent communication
- Physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
