Each agreement outlines all of your property information, selected services, visit frequencies, and account details in one organized document. You can also choose from three payment options—Prepay & Save, Split & Save, or Monthly Billing—so your plan fits both your needs and your budget.
The agreement clearly defines our payment terms, service terms, damage guidelines, and cancellation policy, ensuring you always know what to expect and how your services will be delivered. Everything is structured around a 12-month plan, allowing us to plan, schedule, and maintain your property with consistency and care.
